Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• $600K initial package includes $550K base compensation plus $50K starting and retention bonuses
• Paid relocation up to $15K

Guthrie Lourdes Hospital has served the city of Binghamton and surrounding communities with compassionate patient care for the last 99 years. Acquired by Guthrie, a not-for-profit, integrated health care system, in early 2024, Guthrie Lourdes joins Guthrie in serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier region of New York with six hospitals and 76 regional offices in a 13-county catchment area.
