Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team. The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the Anesthesia team. This position provides medical direction to CRNAs and self-performs general and regional anesthesia. Cardiac cases performed, including CVT.

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE

• In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)

• 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule

• CME annual allowance

• Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence Based Malpractice insurance

• Relocation support
