BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology Program serving Progress West Hospital and Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in highly desirable St. Charles County, Missouri.

This unique hospital-based cardiology opportunity is designed for cardiologists seeking an exceptional work-life balance, career stability, and the ability to make a meaningful clinical impact without the demands of a traditional cardiology hospitalist schedule.
Unlike many inpatient cardiology positions, this role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, dedicated Allowed Time Off (ATO), and protected CME days, providing flexibility to schedule time away throughout the year while maintaining a predictable practice model. This structure promotes physician wellness, continuity of care, and long-term career sustainability.
Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology care while collaborating with a well-established team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and cardiovascular specialists across one of the region's leading health systems.
